- INTEGRA MEDICAL SERVICES SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”) is the administrator of the national network of laser dental clinics Life Dental Spa and the owner of the website www.lifedentalspa.ro

The Company is registered in Romania under CIF 24144100, with Trade Register number J23/6312/15.09.2022.

Through its 14 dental clinics nationwide, the Company provides holistic dental care services, characterized by minimally invasive, painless, and patient-centered treatments. These services are personalized for each patient and focus on addressing the underlying causes of dental conditions, not only their symptoms.
Life Dental Spa promotes a conservative and minimally invasive approach to dentistry, supported by state-of-the-art laser technology, offering multiple clinical and comfort-related benefits for patients.

Through the “Smile Healthily” educational program, implemented in schools, high schools, and corporate environments, Life Dental Spa Clinics actively support the community by promoting correct and sustainable oral health practices. The program addresses all age groups, from children and adolescents to active adults, and focuses on oral hygiene education, prevention, and healthy dental care habits.

Additionally, via the website www.lifedentalspa.ro the Company:

- recruits specialized personnel, subject to available positions within its dental clinics, and

- provides professional support for the development and management of other dental clinics across the country, in collaboration with top-performing professionals in the field.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Company , in its capacity as Operator, processes the personal data of candidates applying for available positions, employees, individual clients, contractual partners and collaborators, and the data of other individuals who interact with the Dental Clinics managed by the Company and/or are involved in contractual relationships with them.

Personal data are:

• processed lawfully, fairly and transparently towards the data subject;
• collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes;
• adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
• accurate and updated on time;
• kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
• processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by taking appropriate technical or organizational measures.

3. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE ARE THEY PROCESSED?

In order to complete and submit the appointment form for a dental consultation (access one of the sections "Home", "Treatments", "Our Clinics", "About Us" - Make an Appointment or click on the "Make an Appointment" button at the top right of the main page) on the Company's website - www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. You must select one of the Life Dental Spa Clinics where you wish to make an appointment.

Check the box "I am not a robot", respectively the boxes with the following messages "I agree to subscribe to the Newsletter" and "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy." - and click on the "Send Form" button.

In order to complete and submit the contact form (access the "Contact" section) on the Company's website – www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. You must select one of the Life Dental Spa Clinics where you wish to make an appointment.

Check the box "I am not a robot", respectively the boxes with the following messages "I agree to subscribe to the Newsletter" and "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy " - and click on the "Send Form" button.

In order to complete and submit the online order form (access the "Prices" section - one of the Subscription Prices or Buy Dental Services Online subsections) on the Company's website - www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data (for the purpose of invoicing the respective services): name, surname, (company name - optional), full home address (city, county), telephone number, e-mail address .

Check the box with the message "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions " - and click the "Place order" button.

In order to complete and submit the partnership/ franchise business development form (section "About us" - Partnership - Contact us! ) on the Company's website - www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.

Check the box with the following message , "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy " - and click the "Send Form" button.

 

In order to complete and submit the form to promote the educational program Smile Healthy (section "About us" - Smile Healthy ) on the Company's website - www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.

Check the boxes with the following messages "I agree to subscribe to the Newsletter" and "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy " - and click on the "Send Form" button.

In order to complete and submit the form for scheduling a call (section "About us" - Partnership - click on the "Schedule a call" button in the upper right) on the Company's website - www.lifedentalspa.ro , we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. We also process a series of data about the business development prospects (in which city the Medical Clinic is planned to be opened, the amounts invested, etc.).

Check the box with the following message "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions " - and click the "Send Form" button.

The boxes marked with * are mandatory.

In order to recruit specialized personnel at the LIFE DENTAL SPA Dental Clinics (access the "About us" section - Careers - select the available job, click on the "Apply now" button) attach your CV to the e-mail address: recrutare@lifedentalspa.ro ( Apply online ) and click on the "Submit" button.

We will process the data you provide us when you express your intention to join the Life Dental Spa team and other additional information that we will ask you for later, in order to analyze your real potential and your motivation so that we can assess whether the information you have provided us with matches the employee profile we are looking for.

The CV you send us must not contain sensitive data regarding (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political affinities (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs; (iv) membership of a trade union or political party; (vii) history of criminal offences or proceedings and related sentences or fines; (viii) commission of any illegal or inappropriate conduct and associated sanctions; or (ix) any national identification number of a person.

For website visitors, we may collect data through cookies or other similar technologies, such as: IP address, internet browser, location, web pages accessed on our website, time spent on the website, internet network, device used. For more details on this, see the Cookies Policy . 

We do not use your personal data to send you marketing communications , such as Newsletters , unless you expressly consent to such communications by checking a box to that effect. In this regard, we only process your first and last name together with your email address and we ensure that you have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, or to withdraw your consent to receive these types of communications. 

4. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS ON WHICH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IS BASED?

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• the conclusion and execution of various contracts ;
• to fulfill our legal obligations ;
• based on previously requested and/or provided consent (in the context of personnel recruitment, for the transmission of marketing communications, etc.);
• for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company (e.g.: adopting measures for the protection and security of our employees, exercising legitimate rights and interests of the Company within the framework of contentious or non-contentious procedures, etc.)

5. FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is stored for processing for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in this Policy or for the period required by law (e.g. in terms of archiving, accounting, etc.)

6. TO WHOM DO WE TRANSMIT PERSONAL DATA?

We will not communicate or transfer to any third party any of the personal data collected from or about you except:

• Public authorities and institutions – when there is a legal obligation to do so or for the purpose of a legitimate interest (defending the Company's rights in contentious or non-contentious proceedings, etc.)
• Contractual partners or collaborators of the Life Dental Spa Dental Company/Clinics who provide us with services: web hosting, website development, website maintenance, online marketing and marketing communication.
  Also, if patients are interested in accessing dental services through an installment payment system, their data may be transferred to partner financial institutions, such as TBI Bank or Unicredit Bank. This transfer is made exclusively for the purpose of analyzing eligibility for financing, and patients will subsequently be contacted directly by representatives of these banking institutions or accredited partners, who will provide all the necessary details regarding installment payment options.
  
  
• To any third party – if you have given your express and timely consent, for that situation and that data.

7. WHAT PROTECTIVE MEASURES AND GUARANTEES DO WE TAKE?

The company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security and protection of personal data. We use security methods and technologies, together with internal policies and work procedures, including control and audit, to protect the personal data collected in accordance with the relevant legal provisions in force in the field of personal data protection.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

Any data subject may exercise the following rights, as provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right of access;
• The right to rectification;
• The right to erasure;
• The right to restriction of processing;
• The right to portability;
• The right to object to processing;
• The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
• The right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing ( dataprotection.ro ) and the courts.
