DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
We take your privacy seriously. This notice tells you who we are, what information we collect about you and what we do with it.
Who are we?
We are Integra Medical Services SA. Our details (name, address, etc.) have been provided to you separately at the time of (or to confirm) the collection of information about you, for example, in a telephone call, in a notification in an app or on a website or in an e-mail, which contains a link to this notification.

How do we collect information about you?
We may collect information about you in several ways.
- You can give us information directly (e.g. by filling in a form or calling us on the phone).
- We may collect information automatically (for example, when you use a Life Dental Spa app or website).
- We may obtain information from third parties (for example, publicly available information on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram).
In this notice, we refer to all the methods by which you are in contact with us as "LDS contact points". LDS contact points include both physical and digital.
We may collect information that you provide directly. Usually this will happen when:
- sign up to become a member in our databases (this could be, for example, in person or online);
- download or use a digital contact point (e.g. an app or website);
- contact us through a contact point, by email, social media or by phone;
- sign up to receive press releases, e-mail alerts or LDS marketing communications;
- participate in LDS studies or LDS competitions or promotions (where permitted by law); or
- attend an LDS-organized event.
We may collect information about you automatically. Usually, this will happen when:
- visit a Life Dental Spa clinic (e.g. by filling in the patient form);
- participate in an event organized by Life Dental Spa (e.g. by purchasing during the event);
- communicate with us (e.g. through a contact point or social platforms);
- use LDS contact points (e.g. through tracking mechanisms in an app or on a website); or
- Make public posts on the social media platforms we follow (for example, to understand public opinion or to respond to requests for LDS services).
We may also automatically collect information about you through the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies on LDS digital touch points. The specific cookies and technologies used will depend on the LDS touchpoint in question. Where permitted by law, we may obtain information about you from third parties. This may include information shared between LDS, publicly available profile information (such as your preferences and interests) from third party social media sites (such as Facebook and Instagram) and marketing lists obtained from third party marketers.
We may also collect information in other contexts that are brought to your attention at the time.
What information do we collect about you?
We may collect various types of information about you:
- information needed to honor your services
- information you give us in forms or surveys
- information about your visits In our clinics and events
- information you give us in calls to the call center
- information about your preferences and interests.
Information we collect directly from you will be evident from the context in which you provide it. For example:
- if you make an appointment with us through a point of contact, you provide your name, phone number, email address, home city and the services you have chosen;
- you can provide information about your service preferences and interests so that we can offer you services that will be of interest to you;
The information that we automatically collect will be general:
- details about your visit or call (such as time and duration);
- your use of LDS digital touchpoints (such as the pages you visit, the page you came from and the page you navigated to when you left, the search terms you entered or the links you clicked on within the touchpoint); and
The information we collect from third parties will generally consist of publicly available profile information (such as your preferences and interests), for example from public posts on social media.
What do we use your information for and on what legal basis?
In this section, we describe the purposes for which we use personal information. However, this is a global notice, and if the laws of a country restrict or prohibit certain activities described in this notice, we will not use information about you for those purposes in that country.
Subject to the above, we use information about you for the following purposes:
- To sell you services, including payment processing
- To provide you with sales-related services, including processing your enquiries and requests.
- To market our services (where permitted by law), including managing loyalty programs, improving services, market research, developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and personalizing your experiences in LDS clinics and at events
- For us or our business partners to inform you about potential opportunities to get involved in marketing or promoting LDS services
- To support all of the above, including managing your accounts, enabling you to use the appropriate LDS points of contact for you, managing your appointments at LDS clinics
- For business analysis and improvements, including improving LDS services, clinics and events and the information we (or our partners) provide to our customers
- For other purposes that we bring to your attention or that will be clear from the context at the time information about you is first collected
The legal basis for using information about you is one of the following (which we explain in more detail in the 'find out more' section):
- compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject;
- performance of a contract to which you are a party;
- a legitimate commercial interest that is not overridden by your interest in protecting the information;
- if none of the above apply, your consent (which we will ask for before processing the information).

With whom do we share your information and for what purposes?
We may share information about you with:
- LDS Partners;
- third parties providing products or services to LDS partners or you;
- Carefully selected business partners and advertisers of LDS partners (in areas related to our services or consistent with their style and image) so that they can contact you with offers they feel would be of interest to you, based on your preferences; and
- other third parties where required or permitted by law.

Sharing Data with Third Parties
- We may share information about you with third parties who provide products or services for LDS or you (such as counselors, payment service providers, information service providers).
- We may share information about you with carefully selected business partners and advertisers so that they can contact you with services and promotions they think would be of interest to you, based on your preferences.
- We may share information about you with other third parties as necessary or permitted by law, for example: regulators; government departments; in response to a request from law enforcement or other government officials; when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity; and in the context of organizational restructuring.
How do we protect information about you?
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold about you from unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration or destruction. Where appropriate, we use encryption and other technologies that can help secure the information you provide. We also require our service providers to comply with strict data privacy and security requirements.
How long will information about you be kept?
We will retain information about you for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected. After that, we will delete it. The period will vary depending on the purposes for which the information was collected. Please note that in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete information. We are also sometimes legally required to retain information, for example, for tax and accounting purposes.

What rights and options do you have?
You may have some or all of the following rights with respect to information we hold about you:
- to ask us to give you access;
- ask us to rectify, update or delete them;
- ask us to restrict their use in certain circumstances;
- to object to our use of them in certain circumstances;
- withdraw your consent for us to use them;
- data portability in certain circumstances;
- opt out of using them for direct marketing; and
- complain to the supervisory authority in your country (if there is one).
We provide easy ways for you to exercise these rights, such as "unsubscribe" links, or by giving you a contact address in the messages you receive.
Some mobile apps that we offer (or will offer in the future) may also send you push messages, for example about new products or services. You can disable these messages through settings in your phone or app.
